SIAL Innovation Selection 2026: Moilas Snackpizzas and Triangle Sandwiches

Moilas Gluten-Free Snackpizzas and Moilas x Chef Lundén Gluten-Free Frozen Triangle Sandwiches have been selected for the SIAL Innovation Awards 2026 competition. The products will compete for the award at SIAL Paris this October.

SIAL Innovation Selection 2026 -recognition is given to products selected for the official SIAL Innovation competition.

The Moilas product families selected are:
• Moilas Gluten-Free Snackpizzas (frozen): Meat Feast, BBQ Chicken and Margherita
• Moilas x Chef Lundén Gluten-Free Triangle Sandwiches (frozen): Ham & Cheese and Chicken

The selection is made by an independent international jury of experts. SIAL Innovation highlights some of the most interesting new products and innovations in the food industry, and in 2026 the competition celebrates its 30th anniversary.

On the way to the SIAL Innovation Awards 2026

SIAL Paris will take place 17–21 October 2026 in Paris. The winners of the SIAL Innovation Awards 2026 will be announced on the first day of the show.

Moilas will be exhibiting at SIAL Paris 2026, presenting the selected products together with our wider gluten-free range to international customers and partners.
