Moilas Gluten-Free Ohut Kaura [Thin Oat Bread] is a delicious gluten-free oat bread where the rich, full-bodied flavour of oats truly shines. Its thin shape means a larger proportion of crust than in a traditional bread – and that’s where some of the bread’s most delicious roasted oat flavours come to life.

Storing instructions

Store at -18 °C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Keep the opened package tightly closed to prevent the product from drying out.

Recipe

Thaw at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, or in a microwave oven at full power (750 W) for approximately 40 seconds.
