Moilas Kaura & Siement [Oats & Seeds] is a gluten-free fresh bread made with wholegrain oats and a generous blend of seeds – an easy and nutritious addition to your everyday meals. Packed in a protective atmosphere, it stays fresh at room temperature for up to four months from baking, so there’s no need for freezing or defrosting. Just open, toast and enjoy.

A generous 97% of the cereal ingredients are Finnish gluten-free wholegrain oats. Each slice contains 40 g of wholegrain and 9 g of seeds. Hemp, pumpkin and chia seeds add a satisfying texture while bringing plenty of goodness to every bite.

Per 100 g, the bread contains 297 mg of phosphorus (43%*), 105 mg of magnesium (28%*) and 2.3 mg of zinc (23%*). As part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, phosphorus and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, while magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
