Moilas Siemensämpylä [Seed Roll] is a soft and flavourful gluten-free bread roll packed with seeds for a delicious bite in every mouthful. Sunflower, pumpkin and linseed seeds bring a satisfying crunch, rich flavour and natural goodness. Together, they add texture and provide a source of unsaturated fats, making this a satisfying choice for every bread moment of the day.

Each roll contains 32 g of wholegrain oats and 16 g of seeds – a delicious combination of great taste and nutritional goodness. The aromatic flavour and crisp surface are at their very best when lightly toasted, giving you that freshly baked taste whenever you fancy it.

No yeast added.

Packed in a protective atmosphere, the rolls stay fresh at room temperature for longer – with no need for freezing or defrosting.

Per 100 g, the product contains 337 mg of potassium (17%), 149 mg of magnesium (40%), 2.9 mg of zinc (29%), 379 mg of phosphorus (54%) and 0.3 mg of vitamin B1 (29%*).
