Moilas Tumma & Siemenet [Dark & Seeds] is a gluten-free fresh bread with a deep, full-bodied flavour and plenty of seeds. Packed in a protective atmosphere, the bread stays fresh at room temperature for up to four months – without the need for freezing or thawing.

The bread is high in fibre and nutritious, and its rustic texture makes it an excellent choice for hearty toppings and everyday meals that keep you satisfied. Its crunchy bite comes from sunflower and flax seeds. One loaf contains 21 grams of whole grain and 11 grams of seeds.

Did you know that according to the latest nutrition recommendations, it’s good to enjoy at least 20 g of seeds and nuts daily? With just two slices, you’re well on your way to meeting that daily target!
