Storing instructions
Storage at -18°C / 0°F or colder. Do not re-freeze after thawing. Storage at room temperature or in a refridgerator is not recommended.
Recipe
Defrost the dough for about 2 hours at room temperature or 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Use gluten free flour (for example rice flour) to roll the dough flat and thin. Use a cookie cutter to take pieces of the shape you choose from the dough. Bake the gingerbreads at 200°C on the middle shelf of the oven for about 5-8 minutes.
